An illustrative instance of how engineered protein binders like DARPins and Nanobodies can prompt structural alterations in a target protein is showcased through the altered fluorescence traits observed in eGFP upon binding with these proteins. To delve into the mechanics underlying this modulation, our objective was to compare absorption, excitation, and emission spectra. These spectra were acquired from distinct apparatuses in an automated fashion. This endeavor necessitated the establishment of a streamlined pipeline to facilitate efficient data extraction, subsequent transformation, and effective visualization.
